How to add a vendor registration form
All users in HivePress are registered via the same form, but if you add at least one required vendor attribute in Vendors > Attributes, an extra profile form for vendors will be displayed.
By default, users become vendors only if they add at least one listing and it gets approved. Thus, the vendor profile form is just an extra step in the listing process.
If you don’t require vendors to have at least one listing, enable direct vendor registration in
HivePress > Settings > Vendors and add the
/register-vendor
URL to the header menu in
Appearance > Menus (e.g. with the “Become a Vendor” label). This way, users can register as vendors directly without adding listings. Please note that the vendor page displays the “No listings found” message if there are no listings.
