How to customize templates

You can customize any of the available HivePress templates in HivePress > Templates.

Note: If you don't see a specific template in HivePress > Templates, it means that HivePress is using its built-in default template. To customize it, simply create a new custom template by following the steps below.

  1. Click Add New;
  2. Enter any title and select a Template;
  3. Click Save Draft or Publish;
  4. After the page refreshes, you can use template-specific blocks from the Template block category to customize the template like a regular WordPress page.

The custom template you’ve added will override the default HivePress one. Check the example screencast below on how to add a custom template for the Listings page.
