How to block or monitor messages

There are two ways to prevent inappropriate content in messages.

The first option allows you to define a list of blocked words or word parts. For example, some users may want to exchange contacts to avoid paying the website service fees. To prevent this, go to HivePress > Settings > Messages and enter a list of words or word parts you want to disallow in messages between your website users (e.g. "gmail.com" or "hotmail.com").

The second way allows the website administrators to monitor conversations. To enable this, navigate to HivePress > Settings > Messages and check the Monitoring option. This way, administrators will see all the conversations on their Messages page.

Please note that there is caching, so refreshing conversations may take about one hour.
