How to restrict sending messages

Make sure to select the Content Types in HivePress > Settings > Memberships > Restrictions for User and Vendor restrictions to appear in plan settings.

To limit the number of messages users can send, go to User Restrictions in the plan settings and set the Message Limit. This defines the maximum number of first messages a user can send, counting only the start of each conversation.

You can also set a separate Message Limit for vendors by going to Vendor Restrictions in the plan settings and configuring it in the same way.
